Return Your Products via Mail Without a Return Label
Don’t worry if you don’t have the original return label from Tiffany & Co. You can also print a Tiffany return label online if you don’t have the original label. Here are the steps to return your online orders via mail:
- Visit the Tiffany Return Label page online.
- Write your company’s name if necessary.
- Enter your contact information and name.
- Write your address. Enter your state and zip code as well.
- Choose the United States of America from the drop-down menu under the Country section.
- Enter your phone number and email address.
- Enter your order number.
- Choose your reason for returning the products from the Reason for Return or Exchange drop-down tab.

Tiffany Shipping Times and Rates
Tiffany only accepts online orders to addresses in the United States. Tiffany & Co. does not have currently ship internationally. They won’t deliver to post office boxes to ensure secure deliveries, but they will accept post office boxes for billing requirements.
Tiffany offers three different types of shipping for orders within the United States.
Standard Ground Shipping
Tiffany offers Standard Ground Shipping for no additional charge. Standard ground shipping is available on all products under $1,000. Shipments might take 3-5 business days to complete. Products ordered at the same time don’t always ship at the same time.
Tiffany offers Express Shipping with a signature for no additional charge on all orders above $1,000. Shipments might take 1-2 business days to complete. Products ordered at the same time don’t always ship at the same time.
Tiffany offers Next-Day Delivery for a charge of $20 with or without signature confirmation. Next-Day delivery is not available for watches or customized products at Tiffany &Co.
- Purchases placed Monday-Friday before 3:00 PM EST are delivered the following day.
- Purchases submitted on Saturday before 1:00 PM EST are delivered on Monday.
- Sunday or holiday deliveries are not offered.
