This section of the Walmart assessment is used to further identify what type of employee you might be. This section contains 27 questions based on personality to determine your work style and suitability. It’s important to answer questions about work situations rather than your personal life and have consistent answers.

Walmart allows potential candidates to immediately take their assessment during their application. However, it might be best to take some time to practice and consider the questions before jumping in head first.

Why Is My Walmart Assessment Active?
During the Walmart application process, you’ll have to take and pass an online assessment test. You’ll receive one of two grades after finishing the test:
