Does Freshpair Have a Return Policy?
Freshpair provides customers with a 30-day return policy for eligible products. Qualifying merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, odor free, and include the original tags and packaging. Freshpair will not usually accept product returns after 30 days or if they don’t meet the policy criteria.
The Freshpair Return Policy allows customers to return merchandise they aren’t satisfied with. However, certain restrictions and limitations apply, including the following:
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, odor free, and include the original tags and packaging.
- Masks are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Freshpair does not refund the original shipping and handling charges.
- Products returned after 30 days may not be accepted.
- Freshpair can refuse products that do not meet the Return Policy criteria.
- Freshpair can take up to 10 business days to process a product return.
Once your return is processed, Freshpair will refund the amount for the returned products onto the original payment method you used.

Are Clearance Items Non-Returnable?
Clearance products are marked on the Freshpair store and your proof of purchase. Clearance items at Freshpair may not be eligible for return. You can contact Freshpair Customer Care with additional questions or concerns.
How Long Will It Take for the Return to Appear on My Account?
After Freshpair receives your return package, it may take up to two weeks to finish processing the return. Freshpair will send you an email notification or call to inform you that your card has been returned. Return processes can take up to 72 hours to appear on your card, depending on the card type and bank.
How to Return Freshpair Products
Returning products to Freshpair is relatively straightforward, as long as your merchandise meets the Return Policy guidelines. Here’s how to return items to Freshpair:
- Fill out the included Return Form on the back of the original Packing Slip you received with your order. You can print a Return Form online if you don’t have the original Packing Slip.
- Replace your merchandise with the original Brand packaging that it was shipped in. Include any brand tags and attachments. Do not write on the Brand packaging material.
- Use the original order box if your merchandise was shipped in one.
- Freshpair recommends using a prepaid, traceable mail carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or Certified Mail to ensure your return arrives securely.
- Include the Return Form in your package and write the order number on the exterior of the shipping box or envelope. This helps Freshpair process your return faster.
