A Walmart associate will need to call 1-800-367-5690 o access “BASIC” verification information. While on the phone, they will need to enter the following information when requested:

  • The Walmart associates social security number
  • The Walmart Company Code, which is 10108

Accessing “BASIC PLUS” Verification

A Walmart associate will need an authorization code to access “BASIC PLUS” verification information. Here are the steps for obtaining an authorization code:

  • Call 1-800-367-2884 using a touch-tone telephone
  • When prompted, enter the following information.
  • Enter the Walmart Company Code, which is 10108
  • Enter your social security number
  • Enter your PIN#.
