- Undergarments: They must be unwashed, unworn, and in the original condition they were shipped in. It cannot be tried on.
- Socks: Must be unworn with the original packaging undamaged.
- Bralettes, Apparel, and Accessories: Must be unwashed and in the original condition it was shipped in.
- Swimwear: It must be unwashed, and in the original condition it was shipped in. Swimwear must also have the original hygiene sticker intact.

Online Self-Service Return Portal
MeUndies provides customers with an easy-to-use online self-service portal. The online portal allows customers to process merchandise returns with fewer hassles. Customers must include the following information:

Note: If you purchased merchandise with guest checkout, select “gift return.” To start the return process, you can provide your order number and shipping zip code.
Exchanging Merchandise
