What’s the WHOOP Return Policy?
You can cancel your membership and return your WHOOP device for 30 days after you receive the device. It doesn’t matter why you want to cancel. To cancel, you have to log into your WHOOP account to submit a return request.
In some cases, WHOOP will require you to return your device but not always. You’ll want to verify that requirement to get your refund.
WHOOP Hardware Return Policy
WHOOP lets you return hardware for 30 days regardless of the reason. The return window starts when you receive the item, which is nice. You don’t have to worry about shipping cutting into that time.

To return these things, you’ll need to contact support through the website. Keep in mind that WHOOP can decide if your return is in good condition for a refund. If you qualify for a refund, you could also exchange the item for a new size or color for free.
But if your return doesn’t get you a refund, you’ll have to pay for a new item. So if you think there’s any chance you won’t get a refund, you may want to keep your purchase. Then, you can use it or sell it to get some money back.
Like the hardware policy, you have to pay for shipping to return apparel or accessories.
Returns WHOOP Won’t Accept
Unfortunately, WHOOP won’t accept everything you return. And even if they’ll take it back physically, they might not issue a refund.
As mentioned, you can’t get a refund on items that you’ve worn or otherwise used. The company also won’t refund you for final sale items. That includes the WHOOP Your Ways custom bands.
What If You Can’t Return Something?
If you can’t return something, you’re not out of luck just yet. Before you send something back, you should consider the chances of getting a refund.
Maybe ask a friend or relative for their thoughts on an item’s condition. Then, you can decide not to waste your money on return shipping.
Instead, you can do one of the following things.
Gift It
If you don’t have a use for something, consider giving it to a friend or family member. This is a great option if you accidentally buy something in the wrong size.
Or maybe you find you don’t like the color as much as you thought. If you know someone who does love clothing in that color, ask if they want it.
Sell It
Another option is to use a resale platform to sell the used item. Places like Poshmark, eBay, and Facebook Market can be great tools.
That way, you can get at least a bit of your money back. You can also ask the buyer to pay for shipping if they order from far away.
Of course, be sure you use a platform with seller protection. That way, you won’t risk losing the item and your money.
Donate It
You can also take whatever the item is to a local homeless shelter or another charity. Those organizations are almost always looking for donations.
Sure, you won’t get any money for it. However, you can help the people in your community who need new things to wear.
