Can I Cancel My PacSun Order?
Unfortunately, you cannot change or cancel a purchase once you place an order on the online PacSun store. The PacSun team packs your order upon purchase and places it on a pallet ready for shipment. However, pre-orders are the exception, and you can cancel pre-order purchases.
Modifying and Canceling PacSun Orders
PacSun recommends that all customers carefully review their orders before the last step of the checkout process, as no modifications or cancellations can be made once the order is placed. You cannot adjust or cancel a purchase on PacSun’s website after you place an order.
All online orders are picked and packed immediately upon purchase. The orders are wrapped together on pallets meant for shipment, regardless of whether they ship in two days or two weeks.
Can I Cancel Pre-Orders?
Thankfully, pre-orders on the PacSun website are an exception and can be canceled after purchase. You’ll need to contact the PacSun Customer Service team for further assistance.
Can I Modify the Shipping Address?
Unfortunately, you cannot modify any orders after they’ve been placed in the PacSun store. This means you cannot change the shipping address of an order for whatever reason, including your move locations. PacSun states that for customer security, orders must be delivered to the address provided by the cardholder upon purchase.
How to Return an Online PacSun Order
You’ll need to return any products you aren’t satisfied with as you can’t cancel online PacSun orders after purchase. You can return online orders within 30 days of purchase by either mail or in-store locations.
Return by Mail
To return an online PacSun order by mail, you’ll need to visit the official page here. Be sure to fill out the information and select Start Return. Keep in mind that you’ll receive an e-gift card that works for online and in-store purchases if you request a refund after 30 days. PacSun also has certain restrictions for mail returns, including:
- You cannot exchange products.
- You cannot return or exchange Fear of God Essentials, PS Reserve, Xbox consoles, or gift bags. All sales on these products are final and do not adhere to PacSun’s return policy.
- You cannot return or exchange any earrings, masks, or women’s undergarment products.
- You can only return swimwear if it’s unworn, has the original tags intact, and the sanitary panel is secured.
- You will have $7 deducted from your refund, but you won’t pay shipping fees upfront.
Return In-Store
PacSun also allows in-store returns for online orders. You can bring any online order to an in-store location. All you need is the order invoice and the card used for the purchase. Keep in mind that you’ll receive an e-gift card that works for online and in-store purchases if you request a refund after 30 days. PacSun also has certain restrictions for in-store returns, including:
- You cannot return or exchange Fear of God Essentials, PS Reserve, Xbox consoles, or gift bags. All sales on these products are final and do not adhere to PacSun’s return policy.
- You cannot return or exchange any earrings, masks, or women’s undergarment products.
- You can only return swimwear if it’s unworn, has the original tags intact, and the sanitary panel is secured.
- You would need to return items by mail if you used Venmo to complete the online order.
- You will receive in-store credit for returns using BitPay and PayPal. You’ll need to return the product by mail to receive a non-in-store credit refund for these payment methods.
PacSun Shipping Options
PacSun states that it might take longer than expected to receive an order due to COVID-19 restrictions. However, PacSun will notify you with an email and tracking code once your purchase is out for delivery. There are three primary types of PacSun shipping options, including:
- Standard PacSun Shipping ($6): Standard shipping is available to continental U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Continental states will receive orders in 7 business days or less. Shipping will take 10-12 business days for the other locations mentioned.
- Express PacSun Shipping ($13): Available to all domestic U.S locations. Express PacSun deliveries are completed in 3 business days or less.
- Overnight PacSun Shipping ($20): Available to all domestic U.S locations. Overnight PacSun deliveries are completed in 1 business day or less. However, orders must be placed by 9 AM Pacific for same-day delivery or shipping.
