Can I Cancel My PacSun Order?

Unfortunately, you cannot change or cancel a purchase once you place an order on the online PacSun store. The PacSun team packs your order upon purchase and places it on a pallet ready for shipment. However, pre-orders are the exception, and you can cancel pre-order purchases.

Modifying and Canceling PacSun Orders

PacSun recommends that all customers carefully review their orders before the last step of the checkout process, as no modifications or cancellations can be made once the order is placed. You cannot adjust or cancel a purchase on PacSun’s website after you place an order.

  • You can only return swimwear if it’s unworn, has the original tags intact, and the sanitary panel is secured.
  • You will have $7 deducted from your refund, but you won’t pay shipping fees upfront.

Return In-Store

PacSun also allows in-store returns for online orders. You can bring any online order to an in-store location. All you need is the order invoice and the card used for the purchase. Keep in mind that you’ll receive an e-gift card that works for online and in-store purchases if you request a refund after 30 days. PacSun also has certain restrictions for in-store returns, including:

  • You cannot return or exchange Fear of God Essentials, PS Reserve, Xbox consoles, or gift bags. All sales on these products are final and do not adhere to PacSun’s return policy.

  • Standard PacSun Shipping ($6): Standard shipping is available to continental U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Continental states will receive orders in 7 business days or less. Shipping will take 10-12 business days for the other locations mentioned.
  • Express PacSun Shipping ($13): Available to all domestic U.S locations. Express PacSun deliveries are completed in 3 business days or less.
  • Overnight PacSun Shipping ($20): Available to all domestic U.S locations. Overnight PacSun deliveries are completed in 1 business day or less. However, orders must be placed by 9 AM Pacific for same-day delivery or shipping.
