Does Shopbop Have a Return Policy?
Shopbop provides customers with a Return Policy that allows them to return eligible products within 30 days of the original transaction. If customers return products within 15 days of the delivery date, they do not have to pay for shipping. Shopbop does not accept returns after 30 days.

Shopbop has an extensive Return Policy that allows customers to return eligible products that they aren’t satisfied with. Customers can return merchandise within 30 days of the original transaction date, as long as the product meets certain criteria. Here are some basics to keep in mind:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the original transaction date.
- Products cannot be worn, altered, or washed.
- Items must have all the original tags attached.
- Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
- Products without the original security attachments, or damaged tags, can receive delayed requests or may not be eligible for reimbursement.
- Footwear returns require the original shoe box in the original condition, without postal stickers. Customers receive additional fees when they return footwear without the original box or when the box is damaged.
- Shopbop does not refund any shipping or handling charges.
Note: Shopbop includes a prepaid shipping label in all orders shipping in the United States. Shopbop Product returns must be dropped off at UPS locations or drop boxes.
Returning Products Within 15 Days or Less
Shopbop offers free returns if your order is dropped off at a USPS location or dropbox and scanned by a carrier within 15 days of the delivery date. You will not have to pay any additional shipping or handling fees if you return merchandise within 15 days.
Returning Products Within 16 to 30 Days
Shopbop charges a $10 Label Fee if your order is dropped off at a USPS location or dropbox and scanned by a carrier within 16-30 days of the delivery date.
Returning Products After 30 Days
Shopbop does not accept any returns if the product is dropped off at a USPS location or dropbox after 30 days of the delivery date. You will not receive any reimbursement if you attempt to return merchandise after 30 days.
Shopbop Return Exclusions
- Shopbop does not refund any shipping or handling charges.
- Products listed as Final Sale do not qualify for a return.
- Products that are worn, altered, or washed do not qualify for a return.
- Collect on Delivery (COD) packages may be refused, or Shopbop will deduct the COD amount from your reimbursement.
- Shopbop observes account activity and has the right to refuse transactions and assess fees. Shopbop can also close online accounts based on order and return activity.
How to Make a Prepaid Return at Shopbop
Shopbop allows customers to make prepaid returns for eligible merchandise. They include a prepaid return label and form in every order shipped in the United States. Here’s how you can start the process:
- To start the return process, complete the return form included in your delivery. Repackage your order securely. Remove any original mailing labels, barcodes, or addresses. Do not use the original shoe box as your shipping box when returning footwear.
- Attach the included prepaid Shopbop shipping label to your return delivery. Keep the top portion of the return slip for your personal records.
- You can drop off your return order at a UPS or USPS location.
- Shopbop will send you a confirmation email once your return order is processed. Shopbop requires five days from the time they receive your order for processing purposes.

How to Make a Non-Prepaid Return at Shopbop
Shopbop provides free returns for customers in the United States. You can use the following steps if your order did not include a prepaid return label:
- Fill out the return form included in your order.
- Thoroughly repackage your products.
- Cover or remove the original labels, barcodes, or mailing addresses on the package. Do not use the original shoe box as your shipping box when returning footwear.
