Return Policy at Stride Rite

- Products received after 45 days of the original purchase date will not be accepted.
- Products have to be returned in the original unworn condition. Stride Rite can refuse worn or damaged products.
- Products must be returned in the original polybag or carton. The return carton must be a suitable size, depending on the number of pairs refunded. The package can only contain shoes that are being refunded.
- Stride Rite takes between two to three weeks to process returns. Stride Rite will refund your purchase to the original payment method once the return is received. Your bank may take longer to post the return to your account, depending on your bank.
- Stride Rite does not cover or refund shipping charges.
- Footwear and other products under $20 are labeled “Final Sale” and are not eligible for a refund.
