There are a few different methods for returning products to Calvin Klein, including by mail and in-store locations.
Return Products by Mail
You can return Calvin Klein products by mail by clicking the “START A RETURN” button online. You’ll be directed to a new page where you can enter your order number and email address. After following the instructions, you’ll receive a pre-paid return label and a return packing slip.
You’ll need to ensure that the pre-paid return label, packing slip, and unworn items are included in your return package. Calvin Klein will reimburse you for the price of the qualifying products to the original payment form.

Returning products at in-store locations are free of charge, but you will need your original packing slip. Return PayPal, Google Pay, and Klarna Orders
You need to submit a return by mail if you purchased merchandise online with PayPal, Google Pay, or Klarna. Calvin Klein does not accept in-store returns for orders purchased with PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or other web-based payment platform.
Return Processing Fee
Calvin Klein charges a flat rate of $4.95 for return shipping. The $4.95 fee is deducted from the total refund.
However, if the refund is less than $4.95, the return shipping fee is charged to the original form of payment after the return is processed.
Calvin Klein Credit
- It will take roughly 7-14 business days for your return to be processed.
- Credit for returned products is credited back to your original payment method.
- It will take roughly 72 hours for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
- Calvin Klein will send you an email confirmation once your return is finished processing.
Price Exchanges and Different Merchandise
Calvin Klein does not offer direct exchanges for prices or products. You’ll need to place a separate online order and return the products when exchanging an item for a new size or color.
